Job Description
Uniservice is seeking a full-time Helpdesk Executive for a residential facility. Date opened: 12/08/2025. Location: Sriperumbudur, 600116, India. Experience: 1–3 years.
- Maintain Gate App records and perform bookkeeping; receive, log, and coordinate resident calls and complaints.
- Provide timely updates to residents and manage move-in/move-out procedures.
- Issue purchase orders, process invoices, and act as the primary resident contact delivering professional customer support.
Strong communication and organizational skills are required. Salary: INR 20,00–30,00 per month.
