- Understand UPS products, services, systems, and procedures.
- Handle inbound calls professionally for pickups, tracking, complaints, claims, service guarantees, quotes, and export shipment exceptions.
- Update pickup arrangements, process UPS supply requests, and perform tracking follow-up.
- Record customer concerns, recommend service solutions to management, and perform other duties as assigned.
