Vajra Infra Projects LLP is looking for a dedicated Post-Sales CRM Executive to enhance customer relationships after booking. This position is crucial for ensuring a smooth experience for homebuyers throughout the construction project lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing documentation, payment follow-ups, and facilitating property handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for customers post-booking.
• Facilitate customer onboarding and communication.
• Coordinate with the finance team for payment collections.
• Assist customers with loan documentation.
• Provide regular project updates and address customer concerns.
• Organize site visits and property registrations.
• Maintain CRM records and produce satisfaction reports.
