Job Description
Vawsum Schools Pvt Ltd (Kolkata) invites applications for a proactive, tech‑savvy Nepali Customer Service Representative for a full‑time, permanent role. Freshers are welcome. Duties include managing customer inquiries and technical support, conducting onboarding training and demonstrations, and coordinating with sales, product, and technical teams. Occasional local travel is required.
- Requirements: graduate (any stream), fluent in Nepali; strong spoken/written English preferred; excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills; ability to work independently.
- Prior customer support or training experience is advantageous.
