Job Description
We are seeking a Facility Executive to manage soft services—cleaning, security, landscaping, cafeteria, pest control, and waste management—and technical building systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety. Responsibilities include vendor coordination, routine inspections, tracking SLAs and KPIs, inventory control, regulatory compliance (health, safety, and environment), cost management, emergency preparedness, and maintaining clear documentation. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams to identify and resolve facility issues promptly and professionally.
