Job Description
We seek a qualified Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations, interpret drawings and bar-bending schedules, supervise subcontractors and laborers, and ensure workmanship meets specifications. The supervisor will monitor progress, manage materials and plant to reduce waste, verify quantities for billing, and maintain site cleanliness. This full-time, in-person role reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for timely execution of works.
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of site supervision
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and technical supervision abilities
- Salary: ₹15,00–₹20,00 per month
