Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to promote industrial electrical products to B2B clients. The role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships through regular on-site visits, generating leads, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, and recording interactions in CRM. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams, monitor market trends, and meet monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year sales or lead-generation experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; English skills preferred

Full-time, on-site. Salary: ₹20,00–₹40,00/month.
