Job Description
Vishnu HR Solution is on the lookout for a committed Residential Caretaker for a property situated in New Alipore, Kolkata. The primary responsibilities include managing property maintenance, ensuring security, providing housekeeping assistance, and overseeing utilities. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a similar position, along with a foundational understanding of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Caretaker or House Supervisor (required)
- Higher Secondary Certification (12th Grade completed) (required)
