Job Description
VIVO Kerala is inviting applications for the role of a Receptionist to enhance our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, along with exceptional communication and time management skills. This role involves managing customer inquiries, answering phone calls, and providing follow-up assistance for customer cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Handling incoming customer phone calls
- Coordinating with the Inventory for spare parts
- Ensuring refreshments are provided for customers
Qualifications: A minimum of +2 or Diploma with over 1 year of experience in mobile service or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month
