Job Description
YENNES Infotec is looking for a dedicated Support Coordinator to assist Tally users. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Tally Prime and GST. This role is focused on providing support through customer calls during the day shift, with no sales targets involved.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting customer issues via AnyDesk, evaluating customer needs, fostering trustful relationships, and accurately documenting all interactions. We seek Commerce Graduates with at least 1 year of experience in Tally Prime. Preference will be given to female candidates.
