Job Description
YES Germany seeks a full-time, in-person Education Counselor – Sales based in Baner, Pune. The role advises students on overseas study options (especially Germany), manages admissions and documentation, converts inquiries into enrollments, follows up leads, and meets monthly sales targets.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree; 1–3 years’ experience in counseling or sales (education preferred); fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi; CRM and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; strong sales orientation.
- Compensation: ₹18,00–₹40,00/month, with internet reimbursement, leave encashment, and provident fund.
